Content Pig – Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Parties
This agreement is between Content Pig Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the client (“you”, “your”).
Services
We provide content creation and related services as outlined in your order form or proposal.Deliverables & Timelines
Content is delivered on a monthly rolling basis, with posts, images, and videos produced and scheduled throughout the month as agreed in your content plan.
Standard turnaround for ad hoc requests (outside of the agreed plan) is 5 working days, unless otherwise agreed.
Rush requests may incur an additional fee.
All work will align with the brief and strategy agreed at the start of the engagement.
Revisions
Each deliverable includes 1 round of revisions.
Additional revisions may be charged at our standard hourly/daily rate.
Client Responsibilities
To help us deliver on time, you agree to:
Provide clear briefs and required information at the start of the project.
Respond to queries and feedback within reasonable timeframes.
Payment Terms
Services are billed monthly by direct debit.
Intellectual Property & Usage
Once payment is received in full, all rights to the final deliverables transfer to you.
Any pre-existing tools, templates, or frameworks remain our property, but are licensed for your use within the deliverables.
We reserve the right to use any work we produce for you (e.g. images, videos, copy) for our own marketing, portfolio, and case studies, unless you request otherwise in writing.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties.Liability
We will deliver services with reasonable skill and care.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
Fees will be payable only for work completed up to the termination date.
No additional fees will apply after that point.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
